Legal Drafting and Capacity Building Initiative

CALR’s teaching and capacity development entail the development of the individual, group and institutional capabilities for self-sustained legal learning, for the generation of new knowledge, accumulation of knowledge or the implementation of development activities.

To this end, CALR continues to provide technical training support through training and mentorship on legislative drafting to state legal practitioners in government ministries and departments.
